"Is X worth buying?"

Plants VS Zombies is a great game, I was sketchy at first but it’s addicting.

Mass Effect is undoubtedly a fantastic game. Best RPG ever? Not really.

It recycles a lot of shit and the only cool characters don’t want anything to do with you after about 10 hours in.

Exploring the planets is cool, though.

For Lego Indy: If you’ve seen the movies, you’ll have a blast with a friend who like cutscenes, Don’t buy it though.
As for Lego Batman… never played it.

LEGO ISLAND BEST GAME EVER MADE XD

Alright, i have to choose between Mirror’s Edge, FEAR 2 and COD5:WAW. So i want to know from those who’ve played them, which one is better? I searching for in terms of Longevity, Replay value and finally, more awesomeness!

I love FPS, doesn’t matter whether its shooter or platformer.

Mirror’s Edge is a 2 hour long tech demo and WAW is MORE WWII. So I have to say FEAR 2 sucks the least. I still don’t like it.

Oh good, I’ve been wondering about that game. It’s dirt cheap on Steam too, something like $10-$15

Well, okay, $20, but that’s still cheap as games go.

This physics/sandbox game is completely free and every new version of it that comes out on the Internet will be free. It is a HL1 sandbox mod called Sandpit.

https://www.moddb.com/mods/sandpit

P.S. I would have said Garry’s Mod but I have not played it yet on my other HP laptop which runs Windows XP. Besides that, the latest version of Garry’s Mod is $10 and Sandpit is worth NOTHING at all. It is free.

Yes its worth getting.

Which should I get?
GTX 260
275
280
285
295

Just judge from the prices (CAD). Which has the most bang for it’s buck?

or 2 280’s.

Also, am I the only one here who actually enjoyed Mirror’s Edge thoroughly?

I thought it was an ace game, good story, good voice acting, incredicble engine, great gfx and very well designed gameplay.

I loved it too, although it did get a bit repetitive at times.

I tried to change it up a lot.

Sometime just run, other times KILL THEM ALL.

The latter caused me to die multiple times, but it’s a sure way to get you skills up in seemless running.

630$ for a GPU?

That’s what my whole comp worths these days :frowning:

$630 isn’t that much for a Top of the Range Dual Core GPU.

I don’t think I’m going for the 630 one, probably along 300-400 ish.

Get a 280 then.

If you can afford it, get the XFX OC’d version.
