"Is X worth buying?"

Basically, ask and answer how good pretty much anything is. I don’t really trust reviews and I want to see what do you think about the items.

I’ll start this off by asking if Zeno Clash or Bit.trip beat are worth getting.

Now, is KORG Kaossilator worth concidering I don’t know shit about that kind of stuff. KORG claims it’s easy to pick up.

Is Far Cry 2 worth 4GB of bandwidth?

Only if you find some way to stop it crashing to desktop with no errors at seemingly random intervals. Other than that it’s great.

There’s a demo for Zeno Clash on steam. I’ve only had a chance to play a little bit of it, but from what I’ve played it’s very good.

Edit: Okay, I’ve played the demo in it’s entirety now. Scratch very good off, and replace it with f*CKING AWESOME! I must BUY this game! Anyone who pirates this game must be raped and shot!

Is L4D worth buying on the 360?
Only it won’t work on my PC. :expressionless:

Zeno Clash is quite a lot of fun, although it’s kinda short (I reckon you could probably beat it in, like, three hours, but you should really take your time and enjoy it) and the ending alludes to a sequel/DLC/ANYTHING to follow, the combat is really enjoyable. Plus I liked the story and setting, they’re, they’re… fresh, you don’t get much of those nowadays. Worth buying in my opinion. (make sure you try it first though, if it ain’t your cup of tea, feel free to pass)

Also, Dead Space. Fucking awesome. Play now.

Try to get it to work. I have it on the 360, and after playing the PC version (for free on “Freaky Friday”) with superior controls and framerate, there’s just no going back.
Just like The Orange Box on 360.

Is Dead space worth buying on PC i played some of it on the 360 at a friends house it was lots of fun but I’m wondering whether they made sure the controls crossed over well.

^Dead Space is good.

Should i buy FEAR 2?

Buy? No. Get? Yes.

Dead Space is definetly worth buying for PC. I believe u can use a 360 controller for it and its better anyways on the PC.

Dead Space runs fine on PC, might be a few bugs, i haven’t noticed anything. But yeah, its an awesome game. And if you’ve played atleast a few PC games before, you’d get used to the controls in no time.

FEAR 2 is a great game, I got it the day it was released.

No, I played the first one, thought it was awesome, i had the bad idea of buying the second one. I got really bored really quick and the screen ratio is just stuck at 16:9 which is really lame for people using 4: 3 screens (huge black bars on the top and bottom of your screen). (and even on a 16:10, it’s weird).

The only problem with it on my PC is that it is too bloody slow and lags all the time. its like one frame every 20 seconds.

no, its boring and repetitive, i know a lot of people who bought it, and didnt finish. But i will give it that the engine is amazing, fast and great looking.

Deadspace any good for PC?

Love it for the PC! Get it!

P.S. Atleast make sure you pass the minimum requirements, otherwise your all set.
