Must I point out what is wrong with this sentence?
Uhm, I believe “Gordan” has become this forum’s “moran”, a la:
Oh, I wonder where i’ve seen that picture before. :meh:
I know Agent Orange had some nasty long-term health effects, but thats more to do with not knowing it was bad for you than conspiracy
Again, for some reason hundreds of British soldiers (and probably French and American) were present at nuclear weapon tests in the fifties. They were told to turn their backs on it to avoid going blind, but thats about it
Obviously they were far away enough to only get a very hot back, nuking your own army might be a bit counter-productive
Agent Orange isn’t a hallucinogen, it’s just a toxin (for burning down jungles). I don’t think the military “tested” it on GI’s (what’s to test) but hundreds of thousands were exposed to it and later developed cancer and other illnesses. Not to mention it’s horrific effect on millions of Vietnamese.
There was no “conspiracy” there, other than the corporate media conspiracy not to talk about it. Although there was in fact a coverup of Agent Orange’s effect on GIs, in order to deny them health benefits and prevent negative PR for the manufacturer, Monsanto, who now makes pesticides and GMO crops. :fffuuu:
As far as the hallucinogen being tested on GI’s, I think the OP is talking about CIA experiments known as MKUltra, where CIA employees and American citizens were dosed without their knowledge or consent. I believe (could be misremembering) it led to at least one suicide, which was covered up.
I knew it wasn’t the hallucinogen, it was just a similar example. By similar I mean completely unrelated
Interesting about the ‘cover up’ (I hate calling things that) to deny compensation. People over here who are suffering from asbestos exposure (I live near a big naval dockyard) are able to sue and claim from the ministry of defence, but it was a pretty hard legal battle
you crazy fool don’t you know that the LGM fried everyone in the towers not wearing tin hats with their energy rays and that the government of USA (I’m british) took out the towers to cover it up (they’d sold us out) and then BLAMED it on the terrorists…
P.s. they quietly assassinated everyone that did survive later on.
But of course.
Well that was exactly what the German Wehrmacht did when their scientists had successfully developed and field-tested a bell-shaped VTLO reconnaissance aircraft in a secret facility in occupied Poland, and the Russians were drawing closer, putting the project in danger to fall into the enemy’s hands. So… yeah?
Well the fact that alien’s were involved I think that they would have gone to those lengths to hide it up , If the rest of the world found out that aliens were invading it would make things a hole lot worse.
I do believe many aliens where coming in all over the planet. How does it make sense if if only BM has aliens?
If they were coming in all over the planet, why would the military be trying to cover it up?
Maybe they didn’t. We don’t ever see or hear about the rest of the world except for the seven hour war. For all we know it was localized within a distance of the test chamber, or it could have slowly spread from there.
Yeah, I think it was localized, and slowly started spreading to the whole planet.
^ I thought that was referring to the Combine, rather than the initial Xen invasion.
Anyway, I believe it was localized during the Cascade itself, and then after Gordon killed the Nihilanth it spread out to the entire planet. Perhaps the Nihilanth was intentionally keeping it in a small area so his forces wouldn’t be too spread out when they teleported.
Ummm… This is the GOVERNMENT you’re talking about. :hmph:
yea I know rite, because the government consists of citizens who are elected to serve in public office, and we all know that winning a plurality of votes in a democratic election instantly causes formerly upstanding citizens to become genocidal murderers and rapists.
Well then there’s G. W. Bush, and that’s proof that you don’t have to be intelligent in order to win the US’s votes…
but now we’re straying off topic.
It was localized to the research facility because Gordon closed the rip…and then reopened it again later. :FFFUUU:
No he didn’t. He halted the Xenian invasion, then the combine came.
