If he comes back, he’ll probably be the deaf character that is rumored to appear in episode 3. G-man decided to let him out of detainment, but “accidentally” put him in the radius of a large-ish explosion during a small rebel/combine battle a few years before Freeman arrived in city 17, and as a result, had his eardrums popped. He then got into a relationship with Miss Vance, but he had to go to Kraken Base fsr.

He should appear in the middle of a Combine Base with nothing but his knife and the element of surprise. He then goes on to use his leadership and combat skills to lead a resistance and take over the city.

If he does come back, my only request would be that he is separate from Freeman and that group.
Yeah, it would kind of kill the universe to have a previously-playable, mute character suddenly become a talking NPC. Or even worse, a mute NPC.
