Okay what i’m trying to ask is how good is the protection level on my PC. From a level of 1-10. I use Spyware Doctor for my antivirus and spyware application. I use Windows Vista Firewall. And for my browser I use Mozilla Firefox 3.5, with these extensions, Wot,Adblock,Better Privacy, and Noscript. Also what programs should I get rid of and which ones should I have, my PC is a gaming PC.

I don’t use antivirus, firewall, antimalware or any Firefox addons for security.
My security is 10/10 because I know what the fuck I’m doing on the internet.

Having 10 antivirus programs running at the same time is probably actually worse than having 10 viruses.
Personally, I use AVG Free for an AV. I’ve got it set up to run a scan automatically at midnight, every night.
I use the newest version of Firefox along with Adblock Plus and Common Sense™. Keeps me pretty safe, bro.
By the way, what the hell is Spyware Doctor? It reminds me of WinAntivirus 2008.
The fact that you yourself don’t know how good your own protection is makes it 1/10 in my opinion.
Anti-virus software doesn’t protect your computer from viruses, it just tries to detect them and if it detects them then it tries to remove them. It doesn’t prevent you from getting them.
The best preventative measure is knowing what you’re doing. Secure browsers like Firefox help a little.
Avast Antivirus and Spybot Spyware remover, but my real defense is Firefox w/AdBlock+NoScript+WebofTrust
I download AVG every few weeks and scan, just ran it last night actually. Nothing ever comes up.

I only use megaporn for my porn purposes. So far it seems to be relatively virus free and a nice clean interface (well, relatively clean, it is a porn site after all)
