I love how everyone so far has overlooked the obvious; That the characters of Portal can be met BEFORE the events of Portal 1 (without being their parents). Alyx is Chell’s babysitter. Gordon gives Chell an extrasolar-radiation-altered super-potato from Xen for her Bring-your-Daughter-to-Work-Day Project.
It’s getting hard to tell if people are being serious in this thread or they’re making jokes and I wrongly consider them idiots.

As soon as I get ideas or such, I post them. But with no success it seems, since no one is taking me seriously.
Everyone seems to speculate that Chell goes to Gordon’s time frame. How about the opposite? Suppose that Gordon and Alyx go to the Borealis(which has some kind of rumored time traveling abilities, possibly due to slow portals). They fight the Combine or whatever, and end up activating the Borealis time travel/portal technology, which flings them into the future, around the time where Portal 2 takes place. Maybe some interaction takes place, and this new trio battles through a complete combine controlled earth? Or maybe its been liberated?
The interview where Gabe said that Chell was going to interact with other characters was made Portal 1 came out. Since then they made Portal 2, which went through a complete rewrite from what it first was. They had no idea if they were even going to use her at first. What Gabe did was find a reason for people who care about HL’s story to get interested in Portal. As recently as last March Erik Wolpaw even said that most players don’t even know or care about Chell. Knowing that, why would they even bother? I’m sure even fewer people would know who Shepard is, so all the fanboys out there can suck on that.
That’s because I’m pretty sure you’ve never said anything that hasn’t been said before. It sure as hell doesn’t help that you kept making pointless little threads about that crap.

Wow, thanks for telling me. I didn’t know that anyone else have discovered the walls equal to Lost, or the gravity gun and the Health & HEV chargers, or the combine health charger in Lab Rat. I guess I was wrong.
She can’t, VALVe have stated Chell will appear in no subsequent games after Portal 2 due to her voice actor recently dying. Shame if i’m honest.
