After clicking on his name and looking at his resume, he was the person who did the voice for Dr. Wallace Breen in HL2:

R.I.P Robert Culp

prepare for unforseen this guy bein dead

Breen, you doofus.

I dont know what you are talking about keresh.

WALLACE BREEN. How can you get that wrong?

Anyway, looks like Valve will have to look for another actor for Episode 3, if they need any new Breen dialogue in it. Shows them for delaying it for so long!

RIP Robert Culp

hehe… I should change the topic to “OMG Breen DIES!!” nah. That would be poor taste eh?

Dern shame tho. He did a perfect character reading. RIP Robert. :frowning:

Well seeming the Character’s Physical body was destroyed at the end of hl2 Mr.Culp’s passing (all though terrible) shouldn’t be any restriction on valve’s work on episode three even if Dr.Breen does make a return in some new form.

:ninja: But seriously. Why would they bring Breen back? Writing like that is mediocre at some degree. Unless they want to do some sort of flashback, then I understand

I always liked Robert Culp in the things I saw him in. R.I.P. indeed.

I saw this and literally said: “oh damn, that sucks.”

This blows.

RIP Culp

I, on the other hand, know exactly what you mean Catz.

:3

A vast shame, he was a very good voice-actor…
but I wouldn’t mind this guy taking over.

Rest in peace.

:frowning:

It was on the radio just a moment ago…
Although they didn’t mention HL2 as it was 7:30AM.

No he needs to the the President of Earth after we beat the Combine.

Rest In Pieces Mr Culp :expressionless:

Wow that sucks. He was the coolest guy I never knew.

RIP buddy

I bet Valve has to start rewriting Episode 3 now.

Should have gone with that host body. :frowning:
