Read EVERYTHING from the “MAJOR UPDATE” section. Official Valve site reidrects to easter-egg page about HL3 Indev, and then valve developer twittered possible HL3’s store ID number and the fact that it will be announced on MONDAY.
If that’s true, then this will make my life complete.

Out of curiosity (and I don’t really expect an answer, to be honest, as it’s a bit of an obvious question), does anyone know who exactly has permission to write to Valve’s L4D Blog? It’s logical to assume it’s just Valve employees, but even so…

How it got linked to the L4D blog page is irrelevant, valve doesn’t do ARG’s based on someone else’s prank on fans. Too many things could go wrong.

I know Valve wouldn’t do that, but there are still a few strange things going on.

For starters, “o” and “6” aren’t very close to each other (except on some notebooks, I’ve heard? Where they’re the same key), so it’s a bit of an odd typo to make. Second off, if it was a typo… Wouldn’t Valve have fixed it by now?

Also, the “teamf6rtress” domain was registered the day before the post.

I don’t think this is real either, but I still find looking into stuff like this interesting :stuck_out_tongue:
