the son of gordon n alyx will be in the recently founded earth army in orders of marshall adrian sheppard (yes!!) this ill be like call of duty and medal of honor
to save the earth from the new attack of combine empire
and then , SUDDENLY BANANAS , EVERYWHERE …
Assuming Earth is free and Xen is free by the end of HL2 I’m gonna have to say the one man invasion of the Combine homeworld (or it’s outlying worlds) by Freeman. We already have the location of it so why not go for a little payback? (Besides the suicide factor but then again, that’s something that the GMan would do to Gordon.)
Alyx somehow dies so Hl3 can have a different storyline/gameplay…
I don’t get the obsession with killing off Alyx. You weren’t with here 90% of Half-Life 2, and you honestly think that she is the reason behind HL2’s gameplay style, then you’re a moron.
I know there have been several different storylines for civilizations being taken over, and societies rebelling against it’s controllers, but I’d like to see what could be done with a story that takes place during the rebuilding of civilization not long after. Without making the enemy be just like a repeat of the first.
I think there will be no Alyx because Valve said that Half Life 3 won’t have anything to do with the Half Life 2 serie.
I think it’s just about another war… with another big army… with alot of weapons and Xen creatures.
