Edit: Got me thinking, Have Rockstar ever made a first person game? If not, then perhaps they’re using GTA:V to try how well they would fair doing so without creating a whole new game.

If they’re almost done adding features like first person view on PC I think it’s safe to say the port optimization work is either done or at least in its very final stages.

I think the PC version is already finished and they’re just withholding it because they know a lot of people will buy the next gen version and then buy the PC version later because they’re impatient.

So the PC version may get a DRM from Denuvo. People say that it’s like SecuRom.

Apparently it offloads itself to the CPU and the few games that already use it suffers from frequent crashes caused by it.
