I was thinking today that because the series is advancing more and more in time, they would have a modern LOZ. Which would suck because the bow and arrows would probably be a gun and the horse would probably be a car.
It would just kill the series.
That’s not going to happen.
It would kill the fantasy aspect to the series.
Now, a future TLOZ game, however, is a possiblity for awesomeness. Still, there’s a chance that it could blow.

I tried playing the ones for DS…but no, I can’t stand the character design, it happens in everygame that has those little characters with a big and huge head
With technology advancing more and being super sharp compared to the older Legend of Zelda games, i think making a new epic game of LOZ would be a sweet decision.
Imagine the possibilties from utilizing Link’s weapons through a first person view to drooling over cool effects and physics.
It kinda reminds me of something… Almost like i’ve heard of poeple remaking an epic old game and bringing it new life with up-to-date graphics and gameplay before… hmm…
Zelda II: The Adventure of Link was the first one I played. It wasn’t until after I beat it that I tried the original and thought it was dumb in comparison… so I never played it much. I really liked the one for the SNES; and of course Ocarina of Time was pretty awesome, too. But I didn’t care for Majora’s Mask. Maybe I’m just stupid, but I could never grasp the concept of what the hell I was supposed to do - the damn moon kept crashing before I could get anywhere > 
So I haven’t really played anything Zelda-related since. :meh:
Majora’s Mask is my favorite in the series, the dungeon design is the best imo, as well as the 3 day system 
OOT comes in on a close second with ALLTP and Twilight Princess close after.
I’ve played Zelda II before in the collectors edition for gamecube. To be honest, I didn’t like it, it wasn’t because I’m used to 3D games, it’s just that it was rather hard for me to play, considering the play style.
Technically it’s 4 day system, but the world ends on the 4th day, after the most epic and somewhat creepy song on a video game plays.
God I can’t get enough of that song. It’s just perfect for the setting.
Aside from the necroing of the thread, anyone heard anything new from Zelda Wii?
