Games That you were dissappointed with

right. just as rule 34: [COLOR=‘Navy’]hentai on[COLOR=‘DarkRed’] anime could be named the part of the[COLOR=‘DarkRed’] real thing, as [COLOR=‘Navy’]it has the same characters, locations and even personages are undressed the same way as in the [COLOR=‘DarkRed’]original; the only difference is that in the [COLOR=‘Navy’]second part they fuck all the way.
[COLOR=‘Gray’](uhh, i put it so complicated…)

i mean, if we only take atmosphere of the first game - thick, secluded, leadening, silent…; we could meet no aspect of in The Continuing Story of Gordon Freeman; cooperations, unscary-scary moments, stupid combines(why the hell did they put these in the game??); vorts - the most interesting enemies - are now friends! moreover, they’re clever and can talk human language!
we also have some stupid girl and a romantic relationships, betrayer and intrigues, all the quests were converted into battlescenes, where all you can do is strategically setting turrets positions and wasting bullets on endlessly spawning combines.

and those “survivors” and la resistance

fallout3.

one of the only things that remained being cool is the engine.
because i, as a coder myself, loved and appreciated hl1 for it’s engine - much better than earlier quake.

edit: for the record - all i say about art is not more than my point of view and you don’t need to say me that you hate me [COLOR=‘Silver’]as i already know that ¦))

I hated the way Dark Sector turned out. I’m so glad I didn’t buy it. The trailers from the beginning of the 360’s life cycle were AMAZING. It had space based stealth with a morphing suit and a staggeringly different art style, plus the music was pretty kickass with the taiko drums.

And then they gave us an Earth setting and a Glaive.

Talk about an epic failure.

Hey, I liked the glaive. :ninja:

Tribes Vengeance - Feelt to “samey”
Dawn of War 2 - NO BASE BUILDING ZOMG
Gears of War 2 - Again much of the same
Assassins Creed - To short (can’t wait for number 2)

Amen to that  .
Think about it guys, in In half-life 1 all help you could get was from a few security guards. And there you were just fighting for your own life. In Half-Life 2 you meet like 200 people on your team, and they have smg’s. And also, you are just doing things for other people.

Not mention that the same company and author is behind. Duh.

And why exactly is that a bad thing?

Ehm… Gordon is a Solitary Egomaniac?

Did you even play the first Half-Life game?

Gordon! Can you…?

Gordon! We need you to…

Gordon! You have to get to…

It’s a sequel and there’s not a god damn thing you can do about it! Ha ha ha!

Nice teeth… Is it you?

Nah, it’s your real father. Explains quite a bit doesn’t it?

Aside from your grammar, I quite like your take on Half-Life 2.
I felt rather ridiculous in Nova Prospekt picking up hacked turrets…

In no particular order:

  1. GTA:4, it wasn’t that bad, but the lack of features from SA was a little disappointing. Mostly though, it was the high specs I didn’t like. I mean, it’s a ‘next-next gen’ game? At least lest they could have not locked the higher graphics settings.

  2. Sims 3, walking through town was a plus, but it’s actually still the same crap, over and over again, which, I guess, is the point… o welz.

  3. When Vista first came out :stuck_out_tongue:

  4. Left 4 Dead, it just didn’t do it for me that much. After playing it for a couple of days, I got bored and left. don’t flame me plz.

  5. Others, too lazy to remember.

That’s fair enough. I guess it just wasn’t you cup of tea, the same for a lot of people.

That’s the most perverted transcription of Rule 34 I’ve ever read. You try too hard to sound clever and intelligent.

You seem to hate every aspect of the game very passionately, like it’s the end of the world (which is of course not).
You know, you are wasting your time. Better get a life and move on.

your signature.

Your’s not actually that much better, sweetheart.

And backseat moderating is bad too.

Yes I agree with all of you posters above me there.

It’s nice to see you whackos agreeing and finding common ground. If only because it makes it easier to lump you all together and ignore all your opinions in one go.

I’m just going to go ahead and get back on topic.
