Gabe teases hint at episode 3

Its one of those surprisingly common cases where the person is just so stupid, ignorant, or idiotic that it seems a daunting task to even attempt to correct him fully.

forthegz made me lol

Probably old old news… Probably trolling but I like the festive snowflakes lol

Like I said, probably troll, but still fun

https://kotaku.com/5870308/heres-your-weekly-instalment-of-half+life-3-trolling

What he did there I suppose could be referred to as a Gish Gallup. I do enjoy the occasional flame and troll, but there is a time and a place. This forum is neither, but I really wanted to put this, ahem, person in their place. I figured that a systematic dismantling was in order, a gallup of my own if you will.

lol

me too

I did not bother to read your post, however I was greatly impressed with its extraordinary length and varied, if not entirely correct, use of punctuation.

LOL, that’s the funniest shit I’ve heard all day.

holy fuck i lol’d.

forthegz, while I don’t agree with you at all, if any of those problems were actually problems, Half-Life 1 alone makes up for all of them.

For one, Valve doesn’t run by due dates. They aren’t like Activision/Infinity Ward where they release a new sequel every year. They put more effort than the industry on average does into creating genuinely fun and intriguing games. No, they aren’t gods, and not all of their games are classics. They are known, however, for being consistent and loyal to the PC gaming industry.

The hype you are suggesting exists around the new engine doesn’t exist. Like you said, it IS just a new engine. Source was never more powerful or intuitive than other top-notch engines; it was and is just an engine that works.

We still don’t know any thing about the next Half-Life. Maybe it will be similar to the 2011 engine, or maybe it will completely destroy the Battlefield 3 engine in terms of physics and movement. Whatever happens, it won’t be just about the engine, it will be about the game as a whole. In the end, you are still in first person mode carrying along some weapons like every other FPS, including the ones you named that “win.”

To answer you’re question about what they have been working on: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_games_developed_by_Valve

Just for a simple info

In our Country the leading gaming magazine has rated Half life 2 with a score od 97 out of 100, which is the highest rated game in Slovenia, no call of duty or crysis

Polititians would be envious of the amount of shit you can spit out.

That entire post is full of not only the normal amount of faggotry, but ‘facts’ pulled from your arse.

You opinion =/= fact.

Simply put, you are a collosal fuckwit, who has no idea what they are talking about.

Please do the world a favour and don’t reproduce (doubt it will be much of a challenge for you).

Get out of here… Now.

While I agree with the rest of your post, I disagree with this. Don’t you remember? the source engine was released in 2004.

Honestly, back in 2004, Source wasn’t even the most technologically advanced engine either. The first CryEngine was a lot more advanced in almost all aspects. Only thing Source had going for itself at the time was the advanced facial animation and physics because other than that, CryEngine 1 and idTech 4 had Source beat at its own game in pretty much anything else.

Episode three, done
That’s what we all want to hear
So release it now.

:stuck_out_tongue:

Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
