I have a problem I forgot my email accounts password and security question and now I can’t login to it so I created a new email account but if I try to change my steam user account to this new address I won’t be able to access my new steam account on it what should I do? I don’t want to lose all my steam games! :fffuuu: I just thought maybe there is some way I can use my credit card information to get my account back? fuck
I would get in contact with Steam support to see if they can recover your password through other means.
I remember all my steam account details the problem is with my email address it’s self.
Steam support should acknowledge your credit card info as a valid identification, afaik. It wouldn’t hurt if you had a retail game that you activated on your steam account so you can prove ownership with the key… and maybe a photo of you and the box of said game (jk)
IP address tracing?
My family just changed our internet last month so our ip address is different. How can I contact steam support If i don’t remember my steam forum password? I also have the retail version of Left 4 Dead 2 and the Orange box. I’m also trying to recover my Hotmail account but they keep denying my request fuck!
How did you forget all your passwords?
I changed my password and I must have misspelled it or something and now it just tells me it’s wrong, and I also changed my secret question and now it won’t let me write it in anymore dammit. I hope I don’t lose all my Steam games in the future, I hope steam will let me verify by my retail games. Edit: found out I own Counter strike 1 anthology retail as well.
