Catz, we are so proud of you
Still a step up from most thread which have no chance at being good.
Like threads Nutsack makes.
what have I done to this thread!
Fact: No word in the English language rhymes with month, orange, silver or purple
You knew that? Ok but how bout this:
Marilyn Monroe had six toes on one foot
:brow: I regret saying what I said then :meh:
Anyway, sorry if I made you feel bad, but the thread was already going through that road.
Another fact: Grigori Perelman, a Russian mathematician who proved the one-hundred-year-old Poincaré Conjecture rejected to receive the Fields Medal (the highest award in mathematics, since there is no Nobel Prize in this area) and now is also refusing to receive a one million dollars prize (the “Millennium” mathematics prize) awarded by Clay Mathematics Institute in Cambridge, MA.

I had a post on the last page, but it got deleted
No I was feeling bad cuz of some of the other comments.
Fact: Each of the bones in your fingers are exactly half as long as the bone preceding it, from fingertip to wrist.
Also, something I just learned today: cats have two pairs of eyelids. They have normal, visible ones, and a set of transparent inner ones.
It’s cheaper to fill your printer with human blood than with printer ink.
But then your printer will break.
Trust me, it won’t.
Inspired by Terry Pratchett (I just finished reading the “Science of Discworld” Trilogy), I want to direct your attention towards the concept of the Space Elevator.
Sounds pretty awesome to me.
Just found out a new one!
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beans
My mother always socked the beans in water a couple of hours before cooking to help with softening and remove the bad grains. Didn’t know it helped with flatulence too
Heard this somwhere, but I don’t know if it’s true:
Fact: 80% of all the images on the internet are of naked women.
It is more like 80% is spam than porn.
Yeah, only like 2% of the internet is porn :3
How about this?
That was a sad story
Oh Catz, I’m sure for every banana they missed out on they were given twice its weight in dry Nutra-Feed to keep from starving to death.
Holy crap, that’s an awesome experiment result, thanks for sharing!
(I couldn’t help reading and drawing analogies to religious tradition )
Perhaps because that’s what it was intended for?
I think its implications are wider than just religion, it’s about culture in general. Any kind of discrimination, for instance. People sticking to their beliefs, avoiding to think about them or try out different things, this is almost a cliché, you see everywhere.
By the way, I already heard that story before.
Burbinator, come now:
Scientists don’t just go around setting up experiments to make religious people look like monkeys!
…That’s just what happens in the search for knowledge and better understanding.
