By watching her. I’ve been a fan of hers for a long time. When she’s on stage etc she plays live of course, there’s just no way you could pick up decent enough sound out on location especially with the way she dances as she plays so playback is essential.
Well yes, I know it’s playback, I was just saying it looks really silly in the sense that it looks like she doesn’t know how to play, like those “musicians” in that video 
Music videos aren’t live playback usually. When Weird Al Yankovic performed “Fat” in full makeup and running around the parking garage, I really doubt he was singing the song live into a mic.
