I’m guessing ep 3 will have new npcs, but as fir weapons I don’t think they will be included and frankly I don’t think they’re neccessary. Half-Life 2 introduced a full set of weaponry, effective in every situation, more guns or variations would be useless

Yeah, I think there will be new NPC’s, new enemies, at least. I am expecting at least one new weapon, don’t know why though.

They could be working on a flying code for the Source engine.

Yeah, you could have to take down gunships from a turret like in WoW. Or have to evade them or whatever, it could be quite fun.

I’d be delighted if it isnt scripted , i just dont think that valve would do that , they’ll just have a chapter with a new vehicle just like in any other hl game (except ep1 and hl1)

I expect the helicopter to crash, I don’t know why though. It’d be like those moments in Left 4 Dead where you would think the helicopter could make it the full way but something bad always happens.

Yeah, bad things always happen, and I expect Ep3 to be full of action from the start of the game, A bit like the latest Fast & Furious film, it starts with action, then moves on.

I have a strange felling that ep3 will start with kleiner trying to wake us up. He will be shocked and panicked with vorts/rebels near him

Kleiner wouldn’t have the strength to wake anyone up, he would be exhausted from bending over, and he would then go to sleep himself.
