I would like to see a short jaunt into the combine homeworld. And some copter/gunship action. Oh, and getting to wield the brains of an advisor with the grav gun like you got to do with the strider brain in ep2.
Iād definitely like to see some new enemies, abilities, etc. Getting the super grav gun again would be nice, too. 
Plot-wise, I keep thinking of various tragic endings for some reason, such as Alyx dying and Gordon avenging her and saving the world, or Gordon staying behind in Xen or some alien world (permanently) to destroy the portal opening into it while everyone else escapes back to Earth (a la Fullmetal Alchemist ), or G-man snatching Gordon away just after he finishes saving the world and bringing him back centuries later, by which time everyone he (Gordon) knew is dead and gone, etc. etc. Heh.
