I watched a bit of Elfen Leid. The show is pretty much about a psychotic psychic that can tear people limb from limb by hitting them with everyday objects tossed about at extremely high speed telepathically.
The first episode alone will very much test your threshold for gore.
It wasn’t THAT bad. Disregard the boobs that pop up every ten seconds and you get a good show. But I wouldn’t push as far as to get a second season. One was enough.

Elfen Lied was good regardless of the gore & nudity. There was also nothing about it left open that would warrant a sequel except for a somewhat ambiguous ending.

While Elfen Lied was a good story, I disliked the anime. Manga was better. Also there is no chance that anything you do will make these producers create another one…
Didn’t Elfen Lied parallel the manga until right up around the end and then conclude the story in its own way? Elfen Lied is done, dude. There isn’t any more. Asking for Elfen Lied 2 is like asking for Pan’s Labyrinth 2. It doesn’t make any goddamn sense.
