Gotta agree on your point though. While I think that Duke could make a comeback, he has to have a bit of a makeover. It’s like Batman. If the Adam West Batman, complete with comic book “POW” and “KER-PING!” video effects whenever Batman punched someone came back today, it would be laughed at. For the time, however, it caused a following. Now, we have Batman Begins and The Dark Knight, two awesome Batman movies that have minimal ties to the Adam West days, yet are still Batman, and still awesome.

Duke should make an awesome come back but he should still have that edge he had back then

Yes, it is possible, but slim.

Look, I’m not holding my breath for this game to come out. There are too many other great games coming out that deserve much more attention.

But… when the day comes that Duke Nukem Forever is finally released, the wait for the game will mean absolutely nothing to me. All I want is one last “kick ass and chew bubble gum” romp as gaming’s ultimate ass kicker.
