weak, I started downloading yesterday, and I don’t have a very fast internet connection, so this morning it was only at 43%. after steam unlocked the game files, the download started over :’(> 
I still haven’t finished the original Deus Ex. I got about halfway through and then my savegame corrupted :fffuuu: I should try it out again sometime.
Yeah, and it’s amazing. It’s 2 points less than Deus Ex 1 on the metacritic scale, but I really thought it deserved at least the 95 Portal 2 got. It’s as good as the first one.
Gonna pick it up from Gamestop today- had a preorder down for a while. I’ll probably post a review when I finish it.
Anyone have anything to say about the really bad mouse controls that seem to be a big issue on other forums right now?

I bought the original and Invisible War on a Steam sale a long time ago and I still haven’t gotten around to playing them. Well, actually, I started the first one, and right when I started I shot a robot because it looked like an enemy. But apparently it was good, because everyone turned around and killed me. And I never played it again after that, but I’ve been meaning to, especially now that Human Revolution is looking really good. Any thoughts on whether I should bother with Invisible War though? I’ve heard it’s not that great…
Yes, a couple things. It seems to either almost exclusively be affecting people with Nvidia cards, or the ATI/AMD owners on the Steam forums just don’t know bad mouse controls when they see them. The current theory is that it’s a graphics problem that’s creating the illusion of a control problem, but I don’t know how much truth there is to that.
I have definitely noticed it, but the rest of the game is so good that I got over it fairly quickly.

I’m about 3 missions into IW, and here’s what I can tell you.The controls and HUD are shit. The gameplay is similar to the original, but it looks as if it has more similarities to HR though. The story,so far, is good.

My only fear is that the melee could get a bit repetitive, they could have done a bit more with it. What a shame.
Seriously though, can’t wait to get it, it should tide me over until BF3 and Skyrim.
