If that were the case I would rather a 3rd person toggle like the Jedi Knight games have. for light saber battles.
I don’t know why but the way they have it set up right now just completely shits me to no end.

I know the game is supposed to be cyberpunkish, but do we really need such a drab color scheme, it’s a little disappointing.
BTW, 1:44: close questers, anti-personnel defensive mines…badass.
Or, like me, buy both the games and play them for the first time. Yeah, I never played them when they first came out. So sue me. People dog on me for not playing Starcraft also. Oh well. I’m only 17, still plenty of time to play all the games that people get pissed at me for not playing. Except WoW. Fuck that.
I dont blame ya if you’re only 17. New video looks Amazing!
Being 17 is no excuse. I’m 17 and I own 2 copies of Deus Ex, and one of Invisible War.
Most of the people on this forum have played it, and they’re younger than both of us.
srs bsns
If you were 12 then that’d be reasonable, but 17 is no excuse!
I’m really bad at playing Deus Ex. I tried to spread out my skill points so I could level up a bunch of useful stats at the same time. Bad idea. I should have speced to only a couple, then branched out later. Fail. Hence, why I take twelve seconds to aim at someone’s head with a silenced pistol. ><
Game is available for preorder! 2 new trailers about what they did to make the experience on the PC “true to the original DX.”
That’s all fine an good, but they had two art directors on, talking about game mechanics and control schemes. :hmph:
Where’s that second PC trailer?
There’s two PC development interview things on the Steam store page. One might be old. :V
They’re both new, thanks.
£40 for the pre-order on Steam, marked down from the £44.99 RRP? I call horseshit! Something tells me they’re expecting poor sales after post-release reviews and trying to milk the hype/nostalgia now. Like DA2 did! Fool me once…
EDIT: My mistake, that’s for the ‘uselessly bloated’ edition. Still … !
Seems like it’s got the characteristic awful voice acting. So that’s one thing they’ve gotten right.
If you word “fresh” does not appear, I’ll be disappointed.
I’ll probably get this one for PS3- it recommends a quad core setup, and my laptop only is dual core.
Because the PS3 is quad core ofc
It’s unfortunate that the game was delayed till… August I believe.
This is going to be that game that I play every waking minute of the year.
Like I did with Resident Evil 4 years ago.
Can’t wait!
