can black mesa bring life to enemy soilders

I know this is off topic but… is it possible in BMS to throw back thrown grenades?

no.

It was but they took it out.
Wouldn’t make much difference anyway, though. They explode after 2.5 seconds, and it would take 1 or 2 to get to you.

I think it would be great if the soldiers in hard difficulty could cook grenades, and have 2-3 soldiers throw them at the same time.

Or would that be unfair?

The 2.5 second fuse kind of makes that redundant. They’re cooking the grenades just in the time it takes to throw it.

Ahh like the old days. Excellent news

Indeed

and I agree that the “real” rayman is better than me =(.

Actually, you can place an entity which will do just that. It’s called “Item_Dynamic_Resupply” :expressionless:

The key purpose of the system is that, by only spawning what you need, you won’t need to place every kind of item in a resupply area, just a few crates or entities.

Does this mean prop_physics can now spawn items, or are you just using item_item_crate with normal crate models?
Above all, would that really make any difference?

Cool. Now I know how you’re handling the crate junk too.

Is there a limit to the amount of items you can spawn from a crate?

Well, if you try to put in 10,000 medkits, you’ll get either the “no free edicts” error, or severe lag from all the pysics of 10,000 medkits shooting out and filling up a limited space. :fffuuu:

It’d be fun, though. :retard:

But you can already do that.

Medkit rain ftw!

If you spawn 12 medkits in any BM map, you’ll probably get the no free edicts error.

Haha, good point! :stuck_out_tongue:

some stay dry & others feel no pain.

Play on something besides Easy. They throw many grenades.

And that happens on Raminator’s computer :fffuuu:
