Seriously, that guy who mentions the other games being cartoonish so killing females doesn’t affect you as much is idiotic.
The first guy that talked on that vid said it made him hesitate a bit in MP. Pro gamers could probably use female character models on purpose as psychological warfare to give themselves the 0.001 second advantage to quickscope people. But yeah, it shouldn’t be “controversial” at all. More women in games = a good thing.
I honestly don’t see why females in multiplayer games needs to be talked about at all. There’re loads of women in singleplayer games and it’s a good thing they’re also making their way into MP as well, but I don’t think it’s worth talking about because this is something that should’ve been done long ago.
Women aren’t traditionally in combat roles though are they? I suppose realism makes no difference though.
