Call Of Duty 4 2

I think that if you can manage to get a 25 killstreak, then you don’t really need a nuke to end the game.

On another note, some of the MP weapon selections got me REALLY pissed, such as the lack of dragnovs and M1911’s, and the AUG as a LMG (!?). The Stinger and the Javelin seem pointless, if you can do the same with the AT4.

I just played this with trainer. Was fun. Planted nearly 200 claymores around a building I was protecting. Hahaha…

Gives me time to look around in the maps at least. Can’t do that much when playing the game normally.

And yes I’m talking singleplayer here.

In fact it’s even challenging to play with Veteran mode with trainer because everytime 20 enemies hit you with perfect aim at once your weapon bobs too much up and down and you can’t see shit. So you still can’t rambo around.

SP sucks instead of Campaign they should have just wrote “Fuck you russians and fuck you mexicans!”
Just like south park

SPOILERS AHEAD!

Okay, I played through the single player campaign (didn’t really like it, but to each his own), but I have some very large questions. Why exactly did the Space Station disintegrate after the EMP blew up? And why didn’t the US just tell the Russians about the mission? And why did the General betray you? And why couldn’t they have put some effort into the campaign and made it make sense?

Cool effects.
“It wasn’t us who shot your airport! it was a undercover mission! we swear!”
Pretty sure he’s also the one who got that marine killed and started the war, he wants to be a hero.
I liked the campaign, any less sense it’d be boring

DAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMN!

Yes! They did it! Finally!
Fuck you Leonardo DiCaprio!

I just beat it a few hours ago. for the first time in nearly seven years, a CoD that kicks dick. The D.C. levels with Sgt. Foley being voiced by Keith David(Second greatest black person alive) and the snowy parts with Soap were definitely my favorite areas of the game.

I enjoyed munting people’s faces in with the riot shield in multiplayer.

I’ve read a few things saying that ghost may be getting his own spin-off, which could be interesting.

I for one expected Keith David to come to Shepard’s rescue.

I was disappointed.

ALSO:

Fuck you IW for disabling mods. I would’ve SO made a shitty 3 : 10 to Yuma mod by now, considering half a dozen of the game’s weapons would fit the time period.

I personally would have made the throwing knife into a Tomahawk.

  1. I guess IW forgot there’s no air for a shockwave to travel through, or they just intentionally forgot to make a cool effect.

  2. Tell the Russians that instead of killing Makarov when you were close to him you went along with the plan and killed hundreds of innocent people anyway? Besides, considering your partners in crime were all speaking English, I doubt they would have believed it.

  3. Maybe there was evidence on the harddrive that implicated him in the killing of the American agent which started the war? He wanted to start the shit up for people to recruit and support the nation, anyway.

SPOILERS

It wasn’t an EMP, it was a nuclear explosion in the upper atmosphere. However, I’m not sure how nuclear bombs work in the vacuum of space.

See my post. Since there’s no air, there’s no shockwave. They got the no-sound part down pat, but there’s still a shockwave for some reason…

  1. Okay, I can accept that. Kinda. In any case, who cares, its not like the game is realistic. (Gritty, not realistic)

  2. I note that they spoke with russian accents. You’d think people would pick up on that. And, in any case, I suspect our government would have plenty of evidence gathered by the operative or before the operative was put in that implicated the real terrorists, otherwise how would they know how to insert the operative?

  3. What were his motivations? I never really understood that. All he ever said was that history is written by the victors.

He was pissed that when the nuke went off in MW and thousands of soldiers died, no one cared. The war went on with little recruiting or patriotism. He wanted the war to move to American soil to give the people the will to fight hard.

He also wanted to lead this new militarily strong nation and act as a hero.

  1. EMPs do alot more damage than just disabling electronics, even form that distance, but why does it really matter if its realistic

  2. It’s pretty hard to say “we weren’t a part of this, its was all an undercover mission to get closer to Makarov”

  3. The general only wanted you to get what he wanted, he was the kind of assholistic fucker who would rather have others get the shit he needs rather than risk his own life to do it. he killed Roach and Ghost to prevent them from revealing the betrayal to the government

  4. They did put effort into the campaign, lots, it turned out to be great, one of the best games i have ever played. a good game doesn’t need to make sense to be great

Shortened form, dont give such a huge shit about the details of a game

Little late with this comment. Also, from research, the EMP is also a nuke at the same time, so thats how that works. And I’m not going to get into a flame war over the quality of the campaign. I never really liked the style of the first’s gameplay, and I didn’t see this as an improvement, and it was way too short. Finally, little details bug me for some reason.

The EMP wasn’t a nuke at the same time…Nukes always send out EMP waves, it’s just that if it’s detonated on land, there’s usually nothing left to be EMP’d.

If you detonate at high altitudes, like in space, you et all of the EMP and none of the hurt.

Yeah, thats what I said.

I liked the game.

The nuke affects the space station because it looks fucking cool. The whole game itself is wacky beyond belief.

About WW3, though, Don’t two of those Russian guys you’re with in the airport die? Were their bodies not discovered by the police?
