BSOD issues

My computer is starting to get me with a lot of BSODs whenever I try to log on, it’s unusable at this point, I can only run it in safe mode, I don’t know how to fix the problem either, I found 2 different errors in event viewer, one in system,

The Computer Browser service depends on the Server service which failed to start because of the following error:
The dependency service or group failed to start.

And one in application,

Is it the virus that is causing the problem? I have an antivirus and I do scans every 2 days, it doesn’t detect it.

Does anyone know a way to fix this? I’m not sure what to do, and would rather not destroy my computer.

It appears that the Alureon virus is the culprit and you need a removal tool (antivirus probably isn’t enough).

Try TDSSKiller.

Ran spybot before checking for posts, seems to have fixed it. We’ll see.

Had to bring this dead thread back just to say thank you Daniel! You just saved me from a different BSOD, IRQL_not_less_or_equal. Couldn’t start my damn computer and run it for 30 seconds without it coming. Came into the thread to ask for help again, and just said screw it dl’d TDSSKiller, and it found a rootkit.

Malwarebytes is also a good free virus removal program

Not a BSOD, but what the hell does this mean? My computer has been randomly locking up for the last two days.
