Black Mesa vs. Aperture Science

inb4PORTALSNOTCANON

Well GLaDOS went nuts and started the neurotoxins, but a morality core was then later installed and everything was fine. So I think that more people actually lived than I previously thought. I think the reason everyone is gone is because of the RC at BM. The portal storms caused everyone to leave in a hurry that is why there are projectors and computers still on. In their hurry they left GLaDOS and the test subjects who were sleeping in their cryo-hambers. With everyone gone and nothing to do GLaDOS starts using the test subjects. So the gassing must have happened before the RC.

What does not make sence is the energy balls and the similar turrets. I think Chell was awakened somewhere in the HL2 era.

I don’t know its a thought.

I know I saw somewhere that Portal 2 is taking place “hundreds of years” after the first Portal. The hell? I wonder where this puts Gordon and the rest of the world.

There is nothing wrong with being obsessed with something that is pure awesome.

Dead.

Shut up.

No, unless he was put into some more stasis like before his ass is off the face of the earth. :frowning:

What if GMan puts Gordon into stasis again? Then he would still be around, somewhere?

We’ll see. I actually wouldn’t mind having him die.

Well it’s not Like I said that or anything…

But as long as he’s the one you’re controlling and he’s alive in all Half-life Games I wouldn’t mind him dying much.

lol sorry we posted at the same time. Didn’t mean to steal your thunder.

Work for Black mesa

Where else you would get a chance to explore alien border worlds? Does’t counting the fact that we could be killed by those aliens - for that, the only right answer is: crowbar’ em

I’d work for Aperture science, with power of gasmask!

Plus those talking turrets

Use the edit button for much victory.

I agree

Me too

But seriously how come every facility working on portal technology has either ended in gas attacks, alien invasions, conspicuous amounts of mist, or enslavement of the human species?

well it’s that same sort of Necronomicon, Lovecraftian premise. the fabric between borderworlds ripping and flooding one world into the other.

think about this:

Black mesa: Opportunity to see aliens, get a FAST and LESS painfull death, hedcrabs, zombies and it’s mutation progress as seen in OP. Force, millitary cover-ups (so yeah they care about THIS enrichment center.), Security guards, Otis and it’s funny tries to get a chocolate or eat a donut while shootin’ with the pistol, ETC (so many to put in here)

Aperture science: Slow death and highly painful by neurotoxines, turrets aiming into your legs for a slow and painful death, the governement let the enrichment center alone, there isn’t any clue that the government entered in there to save or silence some1 (so they don’t really care about this facillity), possibillities to get burn in fire by GLaDOS, ETC (liek black mesa so many.)

I think I preffear the option 1: Black Mesa.

Don’t forget retarded scientists who can’t do one pull-up and can’t eat JUST ONE doughnut. =D

Always remember: There was a time at Aperture Science (In fact, the whole time there were employees at Aperture Science) that it wasn’t flooded with neurotoxin. OMG! IT’S SO HARD TO BELIEVE! I MEAN, WOULDN’T IT ALWAYS BE FILLED WITH NEUROTOXINS!!! No. IT wasn’t. Nor was there always GLaDOS. But luckily, there were always people to watch run through insane sadistic test courses. Which I like.

Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
