BioShock 2...

Finished the SP and tried out the MP.
The level up style of multiplayer progression, is, as I predicted, terrible. The first game I entered had a collection of levels 20-40 against levels 1-15. The level 40 guy just raped everything, stole the sister, and got out before any of us could even shoot him.

In addition it takes much longer to level up than in Call of Duty, and you can’t receive level up rewards in game. If the game crashes midround you do not get your ADAM from the round.

Where do you guys live? Northern Indiana here and we got like 8 inches and there’s more lake-effect on the way, but that barley even effects us up here. Most roads are almost clear by now, not to mention driving in the snow is second nature to us.

Columbus Ohio, and It just fucking arrived!
GOTTA LOVE the United States Postal Service!
EDIT
Our snowplow crews here are morons

Hey, I live in Ohio too!

Gotta’ love that snow, man.

Snowing all day, but it just started accumulating. So much for a “snow day.”

It about 56 down here and sunny. One of those days I love Houston weather.

Snow :expressionless:

South-central PA, we got 2 1/2 ft, still snowing. :expressionless:

So many people in Ohio. Strange.

What? i played like 6 games no one was above 15, and i was 10 :l

It’s been snowing here too, but only have a couple of cm worth of snow

If I thought Bio1 was meh, will I like Bio2?

Possibly, combat is alot more fluid in the 2nd one. You also HAVE A FUCKING DRILL ON YOUR ARM, consider that one.

Bugger, still nothing in the mail. Hopefully it’ll be here tomorrow :frowning:

EDIT: Finally, it arrived today

I would not suggest playing Multiplayer right now (PC version). It is extremely laggy and voice-chat is beyond incoherent.

If it’s slightly laggy on the XBox version and doesn’t support dedicated servers, you know it blows on the PC.

Fuck you Infinity Ward.

Did anyone here honestly expect the multiplayer to be good? You can tell from the gameplay videos its just tacked on.

It was only tacked on because of such large request for something, i hate how for some reason its better to have a crappy something then to just leave it out.

Especially since even bad game elements take time away from polish.

Because some people actually like that crappy something, ie me.

Okay, so it may get boring after a while and will probably be dead in a few months, but like my friends said, “you don’t come for the multiplayer.”
