BF3 Not on steam

I’m assuming people who bought Crysis 2 on Steam didn’t lose it now, right?

Right, anyone that had it before it was pulled off still has it, however nobody can purchase a steam copy.

Not the end of the world if it’s not on Steam, there’s always retail.

Wow. Now I realize that Valve really got us to forget retail games.

Only retail PC games. Who even buys those anymore?

I still buy retail console and handheld titles, in fact I prefer to get an actual hard copy over anything under digital distribution. Though Steam really is the superior way to buy your PC games, both old and new.

It’s because Origin is EAs version on steam and BF3 must be run off Origin as is half life and TF2 run off steam.

Well, EA has very little profit if it uses origin. I think there are other factors.

Sold by EA >Pirate

None of my money.

finally! die valve and fkn steam. killers of hl2dm

i surprised about Dino-Day mod… It’s now selling on steam D:

is this goin to happen with blackmesa too?

wat

Nope, but multiplayer is gone. I regret Crysis 2 anyway. The game sucked.

At any rate, there was an officail announcement. It had to do with the way Valve handeled DLC. But where was the link…

Ignore monarch, first two posts, and hope it’s the last.

crybabies

shamelessly stolen from facepunch

Why the fuck can I had a ton of Valves games like HL or CSS to my account at EA.com?

^does not compute

Bam

If it wasnt going to be released on steam after the pre-order phase, it would be a total douchebag thing of EA to do. Steam was built from scratch, on its own idea. EA copied it, and made origin, and theyre trying to profit from it? thats just jewish.

wow I didn’t think that this would be used by someone else than me.

I would guess because this.

Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
