Looks like they’re not changing the number/position of the flags either judging by the 7/8 flag symbols in the map. Thank God. It’ll add to the awesome that is Caspian/Kharg/Firestorm conquest.
Holy shit, that is like a dream come fucking true.
So I was playing Caspian today and there was this damn helicopter flying around and killing a lot of people and every time I tried to shoot it down with the stinger it would deploy flares. I decided to give up and switched back to the RPG and was going to a different flag. I saw it was just a little ways away from me and decided for the hell of it to try and hit it with my RPG. Just as I was about to fire, a jet comes though, I’m pretty sure he was on the same team as the heli, and clips the helicopter with his wing, blowing it up. It was awesome.
There was an attack chopper trying to stop me from capping a base, I managed to hit him with the unguided rpg, he lands on the ground, but the chopper has already taken too much damage and explodes, killing him. He then says that I have no skill.
I like blowing choppers up when they land on the ground for whatever reason :3 .
I shot a guy.
There’s nothing quite as exhilarating as walking though the Forest in Caspian and exiting just in time to see a jet spinning through the air toward the ground and crash about 15 feet to my front right. Was fucking awesome.
I was on Operation firestorm, and decided to snipe even though i usually never do. I climbed the crane near my base and walked to the edge with the hook - some enemy had a transport heli with a full squad in it, and the guy didn’t seem to like snipers - so he took his heli and nose dived right into me trying to run me over.
He didn’t realize he can’t get me through the triangular holes - so he flies right towards me, slammed into the crane and made a DING, then it slowly flips over and he hits the building below and blows up, it counts as a TK of his entire squad and he gets kicked. I lol’ed for several minutes afterwards.
so that patch that supposedly fucked everyone’s framerate increased mine by at least 30%

I’ve yet to try out BF3, on my old computer I’m now using again that’s actually good 
I haven’t noticed any change in framerate but I haven’t been monitoring it because it’s running smooth enough for me.
