What evidence do you have that your experience was “God” and not something else? What if it was “The Devil” imitating God? Do you know?
Also, “evidence” is something that can be independently verified; you don’t have to “believe” before you see it. That isn’t “evidence”. That’s “assuming the conclusion and fitting the facts around it”.

You do realize that, to an outside observer, if you do not have evidence saying that it is ‘God’ is just as likely as saying it was any other claim that can’t be supported.
So to anyone other that YOU saying it is ‘God’ is just as likely as it being your giant invisible golden alligator. You are joking, but to an outside rationalist you are pointing out the major problem with deistic claims. You lack evidence.
I explained enough that I wasn’t going to state those evidence and I have my own reasons for it.

No. My dad is christian, he doesn’t try to convert anyone. I think that’s just Jehova’s witnesses.

What evidence is there of a deity? How about the existence of information. Information comes only from intelligent sources, not from chance acting over time. The information in nature, like the DNA in cells is fantastic evidence.
