Yeah but I’m moving to compound lifts so like, bench press/incline works out triceps as well as chest, pullups workout biceps as well as back etc. I’d rather stay from isolation exercises but I don’t know what else to put on friday.
I’ll try it out next week. Is that before the workout, or at the start of the day?
It’s always good to do a quick warm-up for the affected muscles before any exercise. It gets the blood, and thus nutrients and energy, pumping to the region.
Different distance between your hands in both of them makes a big difference…
More like a warmup, works for me. Besides I consult my excersises with a professional trainer and a friend of mine who’s been training for 9 years now. So no unchecked info here .
LOL? as well?
Pullups / cable pulldowns is the main and the most important BACK strength and mass building excersise you will ever have, because it’s the only one that fully engages your lats. Even barbell rows hit your lats less.
Same goes for bench and chest.
Biceps ar only synergists here.
My son likes to tout his fabulous muscles so I got it on film posing like Kaze. Thing is, he doesn’t quite understand the difference between muscles and bones.
Why do my legs recover so poorly and slow from a workout as compared to my upper body that recovers fairly quickly? My upper body is ready to go in 36 hours, but my lower body needs around twice that.
