Power Clean or Full (squat) Clean, what would you suggest for beginners?
Power cleans are better for overall explosiveness, squat cleans really don’t do anything particularly special for anyone.

Kaze, are you an ecto or a meso? You look like an ecto/meso to me right now, like Flex - relatively small bones, big muscles. But what was the situation before you started?
In all honesty I’m a mesomorph, but it doesn’t make it much easier.
How do I know which one I am?
Mind you, you’ll never be fully ecto/meso/endo. More likely, a combination of all three.
I guess I’m mostly a meso/ecto combo then I guess. I get muscle pretty easily, but my shoulders aren’t all that broad, and I barely have any fat, even though I eat a lot of crisps and cookies.

Mesomorphs shouldn’t necessarily have superbroad shoulders. Actually, shoulder broadness = length of clavicles + delts/lats development - width of the waist
It all comes down to frame size. Ectos will rarely have medium and pretty much never large frames.
Plus they have long limbs, relatively to their short torso, while mesos have longer torso and shorter limbs, which makes them look more bulky.
Actually, Sheldon system is not quite precise and serves just as a baseline.

question for people who know about diets/nutrition - am I going to die from eating 1 meal a day plus random vegetables and nuts, or what’s going to happen? Inquiring minds want to know.

No, you probably won’t die, but you won’t feel good either. Depends on how much you eat regularly and your lifestyle.
I think that’d work pretty well as long as you’re grazing a lot of vegetables and nuts. I do basically the same thing, except I graze deli meat.
1 meal a day is sufficient to sustain life. Really laid back life.
If you actually plan to do strenuous activity you will most likely pass out after a week of malnutrition.
Really, I don’t know where this fad came to eat as little meals as possible, but it doesn’t work. If you want to get big, you need to eat big over the course of a day. Eating one meal a day gives you insufficient materials to build muscles, and it’ll actually work against weight loss (it puts your body into starvation mode so that many more calories are automatically converted to fat).
What home workouts would you recommend for a fatty such as myself?
Fatty? How much do you weigh, if you don’t mind me asking.
You won’t get much done at home unless you have free weights or dumbbells on call. What you really need is a gym. There’s no workaround.
Unless you are going for weight loss. In that case, you wanna diet and walk. Don’t run, just walk. You get just as much calories burned by walking the same distance you might run, and there’s less of a strain on your legs. Besides, you can sustain it longer.
Walk a mile or two a day, combined with diet, for weight loss. But you need the GYM for muscle gain (and, be advised, the more muscle you gain, the more calories you burn in a day…so in the long run, gaining muscle might be your best option).
