What were you waiting for? Eclampsia? 1 women of 100 suffers from that.
As to your lack of empathy: life will teach you. That or you’ll die very lonely.
have I mentioned… 100%?
The chances don’t actually need to be 100%. Suppose the changes are slightly higher than 50%, say, 60%.
Suppose, just for the sake of argument, that there are 100 women with this condition, that means 200 lives at risk.
If none of them abort, it means that around 60 mothers will die with their sons because of this condition, which means 120 deaths, 40 women and 40 kids survived.
If all of them abort, it means 100 babies will be killed, 100 deaths in total and 100 women survived. By the way it is worth mentioning that the 100 people that survived in this case have consciousness, life, friends, carrier and potential to get pregnant again and bring life to a new baby. The fetuses don’t have any of that, at least not yet.
Which one is the better situation?
 Nice one
Anyway, I think he will eventually change his mind. His world view is too radical, no one can stand up to live like that until death. He might never leave Christianity, but, at some point, he will stop and think. At least I hope so.
HAHAHAH “Chickens are decent people.” Good old Carlin.
This is what I see this thread as in my mind
50/50? so you ask if I would risk my life or or save my life and kill baby? well I’d better kill baby and save my ass (+I get some fresh meat)

I wouldn’t call myself your friend since I have little respect for you and your picture of a guy ejaculating fire from his metal penis
well, if you were smart enough you would understand that I didn’t wrote it firmly, but alas…
and it was addresed towards wheybags, again if you were too smart you would have understood that my response couldn’t have been logical to your post, but still…
I’m against abortion in any case. The reason for this is because I view the thing growing inside of you will always be less blameworthy than anyone else involved in its conception, including the mother’s. In regular cases, there is a 100% sure-way to avoid having a baby, so I think by ignoring that, you accept the risk (no matter how low the risks [using a condom] might be). I’m not saying you shouldn’t fuck, I’m just saying maybe you shouldn’t if you aren’t ready to accept the consequences associated with the risks. If you’re in high school, college, ain’t go no money, then where were all those realizations before you participated in the “risky business”? Derp. When you stick your penis in a girl and she gets preggers, don’t be all like: OMG THAT’S SO UNNATURAL AND MAKES NO SENSE; THE BALLOON I PUT ON SAID IT STOPS THAT FROM HAPPENING. Again, you took the risks knowing the possible consequences. I say that as a risk-taking college student. That covers at least 95% of the cases of abortion. I also think it’s a cop-out when people attempt to excuse all abortions by highlighting its usage in rare, extreme cases.
If the claim is that the impregnated person was too young/didn’t know any better, well… now they do.
In the extreme cases of rape/incest, the mother is ostensibly blameless, however, they still had a choice somewhere down the line (they could’ve taken another route home or ran away, even if there was no real motivation for them to do so). The baby/embryo/thing–whatever you want to call it–isn’t only less blameworthy, it is–literally–perfectly blameless. It never had a choice in the matter, or any at all. Pushing undo on life like it’s a computer seems neither fair nor humane, even if someone else seems to have caused the screw-up. If the kid grows up and chooses to abort himself, then that’s his choice (though, I also think that’s wrong, but that’s another matter).
That said, I do not agree with legislating morality, as I’m something like an anarcho-libertarian (I’m not quite sure how far I want to take the anarchy part of it, yet). I view it to be wrong, but I’m not going to force my view on anyone else, nor wish it to be forced in some other capacity. I’m also big on forgiveness, so I’m not going to hate the person for it or wish them harm. I just think the act itself is wrong. I’m also against the death penalty in all cases, if you were wondering (as many anti-abortion people are, which I find to be inconsistent). I think that abortion is merely one of the many sad aspects of our demoralized, completely irresponsible society. There really isn’t much personal responsibility anymore, and when one is confronted with it forcibly, they react as if they had no idea it even existed. There are also other societal reasons that I disagree with it, but that is also another matter.
It’s a very rare/odd position, I know.
Not that this impacts what I said above, as I found this out after I chose that stance, but I’m a 2nd generation near-aborted person. My father apparently grew too large and became a hazard to my grandmother’s health. There was no C-Section available for my grandmother where she was in Greece, so the doctors recommended to have my father aborted as both of their lives were at risk. Both ended up being fine. In my case, I tested positive for some debilitating disorder early on in the pregnancy, and that doctor also recommended an abortion. I believe that the test had around a 90% accuracy rate. My parents decided to have me, and the test was apparently wrong.
jesus christ what the fuck is wrong with you people
you’d rather have a child born to someone who will hate it and not take care of it than to just have it never be born? if i ever have a child because people like you make abortion illegal, i want you to know i will abuse the living fuck out of that child. all my resentment and anger at the people who took my rights away will be taken out on that child.
and guess what? i’m not the only one! sure, it’s a terrible example and terrible people, but if you care about an unborn fetus so much you must care about live children even more.
AND YOU DID NOT JUST FUCKING VICTIM BLAME.[/size]
OH MY FUCKING GOD. I WANT YOU TO DIE. i cant even fucking form words i am so enraged are you serious right now OH SORRY YOU GOT RAPED, YOUR FAULT FOR WALKING HOME THAT WAY! oh my fucking god
