A ZuneHD gameboy emulator came out recently. It currently only supports gameboy color and doesn’t have audio, but those will be added in future updates. Here is an article on it: ZuneHD Visual Boy
Also, there is no jailbreaking or device modding required. Simply install some programs on your computer and then run the installation.
