How can you call Fallout 3 an improvement? It was a complete reboot of series.
It looks like a great game from what I’ve seen. Although,https://www.shacknews.com/onearticle.x/64175 It’s going to be hard for me to love it if It has Steam running in the background. Anyway, I still have to hunker down and beat Fallout 3 before I’ll buy this one.

Pre-ordered the game asap and pre-loaded it the first hour it was availible… I LOVE this game, I can’t WAIT! And when it’s released I have 1 week holiday =) This is going to be AWESOME!
Too bad I did not buy the Limited Edition with character background & such but that info will be availible on falloutwiki or something I guess?? If there is already leaked info can i haz link please? I was unable to find it myself 
Steamworks is integrated into the game, so regardless of whether you buy it through steam or get the disk version, your going to have to use steam to launch it. Considering all the shit DRM’s cough ubisoft cough out there, Im glad they choose steamworks. No more being limited to two or three installs per cd-key and i hate GFWL so im glad they dropped that feature for NV

I just saw a commercial for it. Looks like they’ve redone a lot of models so there won’t be the same Fallout 3 content giving it the “just an expansion” feel.

Is the Steam release fixed to the last worldwide date of release? Or individually released to countries as the real release dates are?
They can be played on Windows 7 with some kind of hack… pretty sure it should work on Vista as well
I played both of them for about… 2 minutes 
It looks pretty good and seems to be a more direct sequel to the first two games.

Im decrypting my copy (steam encrypts pre-loads so pirates can’t use them) right now! Can’t wait to play.
I’m about an hour deep right now. It’s exactly what I expected: Fallout 3 with better writing and voice acting. Which is really all I wanted.
I’m going to pirate it first, then if I deem it worth spending money on, I will buy it. That’s what I do with most games.
