Adrian Veidt/Ozymandias, Im surprised nobody brought him up, but I like him because he does terrible things in name of being good and he’s agreeable; last face it, the best villians are just very good sales men. Also he doesn’t get his comeuppance, not to spoil anything but I dont care that rorschach sent his journal to a newspaper(a far right wing newspaper that would make the BNP and the daily mail look liberal) and who would believe a psychopath like rorschach.

He’s so clever and freaky. A master tactician and psychiatrist, he gets inside yer head and doesn’t leave until he gets what he wants.
That voice, that grin, everything about him is so deliciously evil. The only lunatic you’d want to have a conversation with…albeit on the other side of a plexiglass wall.

Also the Daleks from Doctor Who.
At first glance they look like salt shakers, but that’s part of it. Daleks are just so inhuman. Everything they do is brutally and coldly efficient and their voice is shudder-inducing
