I’m sure there’s a perfectly asinine explanation for that.
Because the images outside of plane windows are photorealistic simulations of what a curved planet would look like.
On explaining why NASA mission control employees are not necessarily conspirators:
Pilots are fed the same illusions, and simply rely on flawed flight instruments (which are adjusted to make travel times correspond to how they would be if the earth were round) because real GPS doesn’t exist.
Back to the 9/11 topic:
I checked the 9/11 myths debunking site’s section about Pentagon (https://www.911myths.com/html/pentagon.html), yet I don’t see any chapter about surveilance tapes. I find it hard to believe that a plane crashes into Pentagon, yet the only video we get of it is a 5 frame sequence of totally blurred gray shape passing just above a lawn. Is there any more videos which would show anything?
I mean - the crash into Pentagon happened after both crashes into WTC, right? We have awesome videos of the 2nd plane coming into WTC, yet no video of the Pentagon hit? Or am I missing something?

Except, of course, there is a surveillance video (the video is only a frame every second or so) where, on the frame before the first explosion frame, there is a vague blur of a plane (which you’d expect from something traveling several hundred miles per hour). The shape of the blur is wrong for a “rocket” or other some-such nonsense.
9/11 Conspiracy Theories, however, like all conspiracy theories (Barack Obama’s birth certificate, anyone?) thrive on misinformation by those investigating the theories or distortion of actual information when said information is limited by either necessity or just flat out unavailability of information.
“There’s no fluid surveillance video of a plane hitting the Pentagon at 30FPS so therefore, they must be hiding something!”
Or, there was no fluid surveillance video at 30FPS in that area of the Pentagon.
I’ve seen the video of the security gate with the Pentagon in the background. It’s a plane.
I didn’t believe in 9/11 conspiracies until i watched Zeitgeist. I was suspicious for a time. but now i still don’t believe they are real.

So what’s the point in the theory?
Well, it’s the fucking Pentagon! 
The surveillance cameras at the Pentagon should all be $ 2,000, 6000 FPS, high-definition cameras, so that the next time it is hit by a plane there will be no doubt.
I bet there already were and still are. Do you expect them to upload the footage to youtube?.
