You can blame bad parenting for both ends of the spectrum. Someone needs to talk some sense into him before it’s gone too far and he gets himself killed.
Edit: Note I didn’t name his parents specifically. He’s likely estranged from them and his extended family by now if he was like anything I was like at his age. Someone needs to be a voice of reason, either his short term girlfriend(s) or one of his bodyguards to knock some sense into him.

I was listening to the radio today and the DJ started talking before I could change the station. She said that Bieber’s dad is actually under fire, too, because he was at the drag race blocking an intersection or something so that there wouldn’t be any cars on the “racetrack.” I can’t be assed to look up if that’s true or not.
My original point still stands: Blame the parents. Dad should be arrested for allowing his son to be so fucking retarded in the first place. I fully support the notion of requiring a license to procreate in this instance…

On the bigger issue, it’s such a common occurrence in child stars that people (management teams especially) should know better how to coach their clients on how to behave. If you were told you had a 7 figure bank balance and given the keys to a Lamborghini at the age of 17 coupled with near religious-level adoration from your fans you’d probably go slightly off the rails too. It’s just not a healthy situation to put anyone into.

I was trying to maintain a neutral stance on the matter. I hate his music, but as a person, I don’t know him. He’s a dick (egg throwing, how he treats his fans), yes. But what teen wasn’t at his age?
The only reason I said he has abysmal social skills is because of part of an interview I watched concerning him. He. Could. Not. Talk. What. So. Ever. In. Public. At that point I judged (yes, at that point) that he REALLY needs some public speaking skills off-stage.
Jokes aside, I don’t consider myself no more superior to anyone else than you do in this instance. I have a superiority complex, yes, but I wasn’t using it in this instance.
I hope Bieber keeps making all kinds of bad shit so people like you keep talking about him like he matters.
