alone in the dark 4. my god what a dissappointment that was. shitty controls, shitty story, almost shitty everything. as for prev. gen i really really hated a game called abomination: something something project (cant remember the full name). my god what an abomination that was…
nuff’ said.
You don’t know what to say about bad games…Edit button is your friend!
CS it’s still one of the best games of the world and will never die, you are really nuts!
Have you actually played those?
gtfo
Max Payne 2 was, in some ways, better than the original.
Keep it up. I think his opinion is slowly changing.
Buccaneer: The pursuit of infamy (why did I buy that??)
Lost Planet: Extreme Condition
Trials 2 (oh, you hit the shift-weight button 0.0001 seconds too late. You don’t finish the tutorial for performing this move once (though of course we’ll ask you to do it 5 times in a row later on)
X-COM: Manual? What manual? Tutorial? What tutorial? Intuitive interface? Que?
Buccaneer? I quite enjoyed the demo… is the game really that bad?
Let me just say that minus the 3D graphics, all of its mechanics I could quite easily program in Flash. It’s not a very complex game. You go on missions with extremely straightforward objectives, are kept to a very restrictive play-area, and hardly ever gain much you can call “progress”.
After playing Sid Meier’s Pirates, I was really hoping for a lot more freedom and capabilities than just “pick a mission from the list”
Any game that is made from a movie franchise or a story, they are the worst type of games you can even glare upon, other games are fine, though.
BFBC2: Shitty story, average graphics, average gameplay and un-playable multiplayer.
OF Dragon Rising: Good portion of the game was overhyped and lied about, shitty graphics engine, lots of bugs and non-existent multiplayer. I will never buy from Code Masters again.
A good portion of PS2 games i have played and GB/DS games.
Also this is worth looking at, epic fail: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2DTjLG3usQo
Fallout 3. Yeah. Go ahead and flame me but I HATED it.
That game still had a hilarity factor, so it wasn’t total shit.
I remember playing some WW2 Panzers game on the PS2. EVERYTHING about it was bad. Bad controls, poor graphics, dim sound, almost non-existant level design. The only thing it had going for it was stability.
And Shadow, why don’t you like DoD?
Needless to say I hate blue shift.
I loved Lost Planet. What didn’t you like about it? If it’s the strange way the plot advanced and the mediocre voice-acting, then I agree with you, but I really liked the actual gameplay.
Some of my worst games:
-Batman Beyond for N64. Nothing about it was really mind-numbingly bad, it was just so freaking easy that you could beat it in 15 minutes with your eyes closed.
-Slamscape for PC/PS1. The opposite of Batman Beyond. I could not beat this game 10 years ago, I cannot beat it today. Still very nostalgic though.
-Fuzion Frenzy 2 for 360 - WAS THAT A LOT OF DAMAGE PLAYER 2???
Supreme Failure 2
What’s so bad about Blue Shift? I had a better time with it than I did with Opposing Force (a poorly made game in my opinion)…
