So I had been playing games that require it, like Arkham Asylum and GTAIV, perfectly fine until I started Red Faction Guerrilla. It had me create another Live ID plus an Xbox Live ID to play. And now when I just started up GTAIV it started a new game. I want to continue from where I left off with, though. Any ideas on how to fix this?
Edit: I don’t remember creating the first one. It was just there when I started the game up. I had to actively create this second one.
I am having my own issues with connecting my xbox 360 with my pc windows media center myself. But I DO know that when I tried to create an xbox 360 profile with my hotmail / live account, it said it was taken. I had to use a yahoo account.

When I first started up GTAIV (it might have been Arkham Asylum, whichever I started first) it automatically signed me into a profile, which was named Andrew.
When I loaded Guerrilla, however, it made me make an entire other Live account for some reason, as well as an Xbox Live account.
Sorry if this is confusing. I just want to know how to sign into my old profile so I don’t have to entirely restart my games.
That’s why I use the cracked version of GTA4 that doesn’t require GFWL nor RGSC, and it saves in Users\sersoft\Documents :awesome:

Yeah, so I got sick and fucking tired of all this bullshit and did the crack Sersoft talked about. Fucking stupid this windows live is.

If you wanna carry on where you left off, you still have your savegame right? All you had to do was download a little app called ‘liveless’ and add that to your GTA4. Then it would avoid GFWL and load saves from a different location.
It sucks that your saves are inherently tied to your account, but that’s the way it is. I used this method to grab a 100% complete save, as I’ve completed the game already, and wanted to scope out some mods I’d added.
You do realize that I already fixed this right? I still need to do it for AA, though.
