Notepad didn’t freeze. It was just loading the EXE and you cancelled it before it was done. And loading the EXE in Notepad would just show that you (or someone else) just created a basic echoing program into an EXE.

But, check out how 1337 I am. I jailbroke my iPod Touch 3G 3.1.3 in less than 10 seconds. I’m awesome.
