Is this config Crappy?
Do I need to upgrade?

1.Get a new graphic card - this is the most important thing
2.Overclock that processor (or get a new one)
3.Also your HDD might be slow but there is no info on that so you may have to get that too

Your system is not that bad i guess it’s quite decent lacks a graphic card for gaming

This setup will run TF2 in dxlevel 80 with AA, HDR, colour correct, motion blur and vertical sync off, so with a new gfx card, yours should handle it quite nicely.

EDIT: Inb4 d00d u got a d3ll…
EDIT 2: It says two cpu’s, it’s actually one.

Its called hyperthreading, it makes one core act as two. Also im pretty sure HDR is only availible in DX9 mode.

You’re right, and the intel GMA 4 series is definitely capable of DX9…

Well he cant do much in the way of upgrading for that computer, the graphics card is part of the intel mobile chipset family, telling us that its a laptop. That should run TF2 fine on low-ish settings (I got it to run on an old GeForce 5200 and a 2.5 ghz celeron) but you might consider upgrading sometime soon. Other than your graphics card your machine is fairly ok.

Get a new card and you’ll be possibly able to play on servers with <20 players.
I’ve got 2Ghz processor too. I can play with decent 20-40 fps on servers with 12-14 players. More players = fps drop.

Yeah, sometimes, when shit’s going up and stuff, i’ve got 10 and less fps.

Edit
Oh, and my card is Ati Radeon HD3650, 512Mb, 128-mbit.

When they created the OS image they were probably too lazy to set the correct time and date in the bios.

Well i put my vid card at maximum power

Weird thing is aero isnt disabed like all my other games,
