Quantum Probability Manipulation.

With infinite probability at hand, you could literally be a god. Something not quite right? Identify a universe wherein said circumstances exist and occupy it.

Even if at first you just had a little device that allowed you to do this, using said device you could find a universe in which a device for transforming a mortal humanoid into an immortal manifestation of the quantum probability manipulator exited , and then therefore assume any shape in any reality you choose, with any set of laws you choose and any history, set of peoples, etc that you wish.
