I was pretty sure that wouldn’t work against a FINAL boss, but oh well.
Not a final fantasy fan, in fact it’s the only of the games I played. A friend of my brother let him have his PS2 for a couple of weeks, and I happened to be staying at my brother’s house during that time, so we played through the game.

The music coupled with the tragic death of the metroid, then the triumph of the new beam… Just awsome. That coupled with the fact SM was the second video game I ever played (Maybe aside from pong) And you have a huge amount of nostolgia.

Expanding on this, I just finished Twilight Princess again and the all time best boss battle in the game in my opinion is (thinking about it) where you fight Zant. The different places you go and the different stratagies you have to come up with for each area is very fun.

I just like whatever bosses give that epic feeling and it takes forever to kill them and you feel like you ~accomplished something after.
Oh the boss from Rayman: Hoodlum Havoc, he has about 5 stages worth each being a video game ending. Then if you fail you restart all over again.
But the reason why I liked it was because I got really far and was going to shoot him, after trying for days, then I paused…I heard my sister and her friends listening to Alien ant farms smooth criminal. I listened to it, got immensely pumped up, AND BAM. I ran into my living room, picked up the controller and started singing loudly "YOU’VE BEEN HIT BY, YOU’VE BEEN STRUCK BY…A SMOOTH CRINIMAL!!!111
And at that time I un-paused and straight away I pressed the “A” button, fired, and killed that impossible son of a b*tch.
This was the boss!
