For some time now i wanted to start making animation, and i wondered what are the best softwares for making animation, ny ideas?

2d for now, as i mostly want to get used to it and learn the process…

Thanks for that, i’ll get it someday :slight_smile: but if there is any software you know thats nice and good, i’d like to know what it is, as simply searching google or something gets too much options and i dont’ want to try a million softwares ><

Idi: I just bought that book (I’m getting into 3D computer animation). It’s splendiferous!

As for 2D animation, there are a couple fields such as ink-and-paint and Flash, each with different workflows; it depends on what you want to do. But, like Idi said, that book is a must for any animator.
