Given that baby will somehow survive the evisceration, and will be in a stage of the pregnancy that it is developed enough (which chances of that are reaaaaaaaaaally reaaaaaally low) he will just be a normal human being, (probably badly disfigured or mentally defected, but still) there is no reason that magically another headcrab will grow in her stomach S:
