He was released way too early because the Shurima event thing was basically set in stone, meaning he was still completely bug-ridden and not working. That hid all his power and strength until they finally got around to fixing most of the shit, people finally realised “oh hey this champion is actually stupid strong, lets nerf him”.
As long as you enjoy him that’s good. If someone can be Satanic enough to love Teemo, then Azir players/mains aren’t nearly as bad.
I resent being lumped anywhere near Teemo. At least Azir takes some skill to play. In fact, to consistently position your soldiers properly to farm and zone your opponent alone takes a LOT of practice, let alone knowing when and where to use your ult to split groups in teamfights. It’s taken me months of continuous practice to even approach a zone of competence with Azir, and he only works in extremely specific poke/seige comps, preferably in the lane against assassin midlaners that can be shut down by good zoning, like Katarina or Zed. And EVEN THEN, Azir is insanely squishy, so you have to know how to manage your mana well and zone with as few soldiers as possible so you have enough mana left to spawn soldier #2 and Q/E away when the inevitable gank happens.
Holy god, I can speak League. It really IS like a different language. O.o;
The main reason I love him so much is his voice. That booming, Shakespearian voice raging about the downfall of empires and desert wrath and SHURIMA LIVES IN HIM and SOLDIERS ONWARD THE ORDER IS GIVEN. Something about his voice just makes me love him in a way I can’t explain.
Did a couple more missions in GTAV. Still at the beginning of the game, haven’t even gotten Trevor yet. Enjoying it quite a bit. With the fov raised the first person mode is pretty cool but I never really feel like playing the actual missions that way. Just feels off.
Just beat Professor Layton Vs. Ace Attorney. I kinda hate myself for looking up endings… But I had a hunch about some plot details and googled it. Ah well!
Never really played much of Banjo-Kazooie but I started it again and hopefully get farther than I did before. The game being pure collecting is kind of weird. Wish there were more objectives in levels than collecting all the different things lying around. Maybe it’ll be like that later on.
I don’t really play racing games much but the new Dirt game focused on rallying is really fun. Always thought rallying seemed more fun to play/watch than traditional track racing. It’s still in early access though but I’m excited to see what further content the game gets. Could be the first racing game I sink a lot of time in in quite a while.
I haven’t bought BM yet, though I probably will in the next few days. I wonder if I’ll like the changes…
Today I played lots of Blade and Soul. Trying to 2 man a kinda hard dungeon can be a pain in the ass when the other person(some random guild member) doesn’t know how to properly use their character and thus you end up quitting and finding a public party instead. Jebus.
Some more Dirt Rally. I’m not really sure how the championships work. I did one from the 60s but then chose the 60s again and it started a new championship with tracks I hadn’t done yet. The Monaco tracks are quite a bit harder than the other two areas it feels like. Might be because they have ice.
Still playing Deus Ex and screwing around in Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes. Would have been playing Black Mesa, but I have no idea when I’m buying it. Will try to ASAP.
I’m firing up Mass Effect again. It’s been a while since I played any of these, and I still haven’t played the third one, so my current goal is to finally play the whole trilogy. Last time I tried, I lost steam during the second game. I like the first one a lot better.
