What Game Did You Play Today?

I don’t know about Fallout 2, but what made me quit FO1 is when I learned that you constantly have a timer. I hate it when devs do this. It’s like in Zelda: Majora’s Mask. I never finished it because I’m the kind of player who wanders randomly or searches every area in case there’s something hidden.

I pretty much explored for most of my playtime. You can get an extension of the time limit pretty early and it’s plenty of time to do whatever

Plus they also made a patch to put it to like several years or something like that

Frog Fractions.

Edit: That was certainly an experience. I’ve never had so much fun solving fractions!

you only have a timer for the water chip, after that, (depending on what version you have, if it’s 1.1 forwards) there is no time limit

Well I got to the final boss in FTL. I couldn’t even get past his shields though. I was out of missiles and the only other things I know that can get past shields are the little electric ball things and if you have enough lasers, but I think the max is 4 and that wouldn’t have even got past them. I suppose that teleporting my crew over would have worked but I didn’t have a teleporter.

More Blacklight: Retribution.

I permanently bought myself a light machine gun.

Resident Evil 3.
I mean I like the Nemesis encounters but that dude just needs to calm down seriously

you shoulda used em

got to teleport guys over into the isolated gun rooms, take out the guns, they cant repair them till the next fight

Remind me of the time when I play it in my friend’s house and we both scream at the same time when nemesis bust in through the window

Anyway, I played more War of the Roses. Dagger + shield is very OP…

does blacklight take a freaken ages to patch itself after being installed off of steam or is it just stopped at 0% and not doing shit

nevermind

Chivalry dueling is perfect for when you want to hear your friends make retarded noises

Perfect World has the worst launchers I’ve yet seen.

I hesitate to admit that I’ve been “playing” Katawa Shoujo.

I was pleasantly surprised at how well that game was written. It was physically difficult to stop playing and go to sleep due to how emotional the stories could get.

Tomb Raider is so goddamn good. The PC port is Square-Enix’s best yet and up there with Far Cry 3’s port.

I have no money to buy it right now tho, so I had to provide myself with a “demo” version, but as soon as I have the cash, it’s a sure buy.

So uhh, I got this mod for UT that was released recently.

That is how you set up one of the super weapons

Played a bunch of Rainbow Six 3 MP with some people on the Serellan forums. Lots of fun, did surprisingly well.

So you launch a satellite laser or something?

I played even more BL:R. I’m getting rather annoyed because I know pretty much exactly what loadout I want to use, but can’t actually use it because most of the parts I want are high-level unlocks.

Onslaught mode is pretty fun, but it gets crazy chaotic what with the fancy gun physics, and the AI soldiers are a pain in the ass.
