Well, we know how it looks now.

Someone will still find something to fight about.

Am I the only one that doesn’t really care how a console looks? I only care about how the console plays and what content there is for the console.

You’re not the only one.

You still want a certain degree of pleasant aesthetics. After all, it is a mass market entertainment device that most people will have on display in their living room, not a custom built PC relegated to a private bedroom.

I game in my bedroom.

…That sounds about 500 times dirtier than I intended…

I heard the same thing in an AVGN episode.

Of course it doesn’t matter, but that doesn’t mean it needs to be fuck-ugly. I mean if I get it, it’s a long term purchase. I’m gonna look at it every day. I shouldn’t gag every time I do.

It was just competitive banter. That was all. I’m amazed at how some people are all “LOOK AT HIM OPPRESSING HER! HE MADE A RAPE JOKE!! MISOGYNY!” when it wasn’t any big deal. Of course, these days, the trend is to be an oppressed victim.

That aside, I’m glad Microsoft’s cocky attitude and idiotic ideas have and are still biting them in the ass. This is probably going to be their last round within the gaming community, and if not, they’re going to need to do some serious mending if they’re to come back.

I still want them to allow a Halo 3/Reach PC release

Hell, I’d settle for just Halo 3 and odst.

IT would be kinda cool though if they were able to port Halo 3 and odst to the reach build of the engine and then dump the whole thing on the PC in one release. That’s asking too much tho.

Yeah, that would imply Microsoft aren’t a bunch of money-grubbing douchebags that hate consumers. And they are a bunch of money-grubbing douchebags that hate consumers.

haha, oh wow!

Ow, my brain.

How pathetic.

And they keep digging deeper and deeper.

Sadly, in the end I think all of these anti-consumer decisions won’t matter and the XBone will still sell by the millions.

A lot of people will buy on brand recognition alone without doing research and that might be a big factor in keeping this new xbox afloat

I’ve spoken to these people. “why would I do research?” direct quote.

Jesus fucking christ.

Can’t tell if ignorance or apathy.

Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
